Do you believe children thrive when they feel safe, seen, and understood -- not when they're told to "fit in"?
At Wildflower Meadows CIC, we provide a calm, nurturing space for young people aged 6-16 who find traditional school overwhelming due to SEMH needs, EBSA, or neurodivergence. Our days are filled with creativity, outdoor activities, sensory exploration, and connection.
We're looking for Facilitators who bring empathy, patience, and curiosity -- people who can build relationships first and trust that growth follows.
What You'll Do:
Support young people 1:1 and in small groups in our nurturing, hands-on provision.
Help young people regulate, explore interests, and rebuild confidence.
Model calm, compassionate practice and contribute ideas to sessions.
Work closely with the team to ensure safety, reflection, and joy every day.
You'll Bring:
Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, SEMH, or trauma backgrounds (education, youth work, or care).
Understanding of neuroaffirming and trauma-informed approaches.
Emotional resilience, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
Love of nature, creativity, or outdoor learning.
Why Join Wildflower:
Supportive, reflective, and values-led team.
9-3 term-time schedule -- real work-life balance.
Ongoing CPD and supervision.
A chance to make a genuine difference in children's lives every single day.
