Job Vacancy: Learning Resource Centre Manager / School Librarian
Location: Romford, East of England
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only (45.6 weeks), 36 hours per week
Salary: xc2xa329,346 to xc2xa330,630 per annum (xc2xa326,171 to xc2xa326,788 pro-rata)

Our client is seeking to appoint a highly effective Learning Resource Centre Manager/School Librarian to join their very successful, heavily over-subscribed multi-academy trust with an outstanding ethos where staff are supported to become the best.
About the Role:
You will manage the Learning Resource Centre, promoting a positive learning environment and supporting students in their academic pursuits. Your role will involve collaborating with teaching staff to enhance the educational experience and ensuring resources are well-organized and accessible.
About You:

Experience: Proven experience in a library or educational environment is desirable.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Knowledge: Familiarity with library management systems and a passion for promoting literacy and learning.
Commitment: Dedication to providing high-quality support to students and fostering a love for reading.
