PERSON SPECIFICATION
Demonstrable administrative and organisational skills
Good IT skills
Experience of working in a library
Experience of working within a team
Demonstrable experience of working with a diverse community including people from black & minority ethnic groups & people with disabilities
Demonstrable communication skills in answering enquiries from customers with
diverse needs/backgrounds face to face and over the telephone
Excellent interpersonal skills and, ability to
work with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
Demonstrable numeracy and literacy skills
