Based in Ross-on-Wye, The Leadership Trust provides leadership development through high impact experiential learning programmes designed for CEO's, directors, managers and individuals.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Learning Success Manager to support and evaluate the delivery and implementation of learning, with the aim of ensuring delegate success.

Responsibilities:



Reporting to the Head of Learning Success, the responsibilities of the Learning Success Manager will include but are not limited to:

Enrol delegates on Leadership Trust programmes and courses, ensuring required data is recorded, administered and reported using the training management software (TMS) system, 'Access Planit'.

Organise and deliver pre-residential Learning Success sessions for delegates, giving due regard to their welfare and ensuring they have all the information that they need.

Administer pre-residential health assessments and identify any needs that may require reasonable adjustments.

Organise and deliver post-residential Learning Success sessions for delegates to review the application of their learning and consider whether the Leadership Trust could provide any further support. Forward any potential leads or referrals to the Business Success Managers.

Collate information and outcomes via the Learning Success sessions to enable evaluation of the effectiveness of the programme/course, and the production of case studies and testimonials.

Record and share the findings of the Learning Success sessions so that the information can be used to inform continuous improvement of courses and any further support that could be provided to the delegate and/or client.

Organise and administer the provision of coaching, including arranging chemistry sessions, agreeing Faculty rates, submitting proposals to coaches and ensuring the coaching sessions are completed within the terms of the contract.

Support the Business Success Managers with bespoke contract delivery by liaising with the client about the requirements of their delegates.

Liaise with Faculty members to check their availability, obtain purchase order numbers from Finance and then prepare and issue Faculty assignment documents.

Act as the key point of contact for Faculty members, ensuring they are provided with the information and support that they need.

Liaise with Faculty members to collate all programme material prior to the commencement of a course and ensure it is branded correctly.

Produce and distribute course documentation including Preparation Guides, Workbooks and First Response forms.

Develop and manage a programme database to maintain electronic files of all programme materials including course overviews, content, slide decks etc.

Assist with course preparation by coordinating the production of project briefs and programme materials ('course boxes').

Assist with the delivery of course projects, equipment, materials and logistics including setting up and co-hosting virtual meetings.

Book course venues and arrange set-up of suitable training facilities and accommodation.

Make travel arrangements and coordinate VISAs for Faculty members who are assigned to deliver courses outside of the UK.

Ensure all course information is uploaded and maintained in a timely way.

Provide ad hoc support for sales and marketing activities, subject to approval by the Head of Learning Success.

Requirements:



Ability to learn about products and services and accurately describe/discuss them with prospective customers.

Background experience in the field of development would be desirable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive) and general IT skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.

The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, and keep track of deadlines.

Efficiently organising and managing time, resources and workload to meet priorities.

The ability to work well with others, build rapport and excellent customer service.

Adapting to changing priorities and situations in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail is key.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: 23,000.00-25,000.00 per year
