Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a Pre-Prep pupil. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo, and other professionals to ensure the pupil can access the curriculum and reach their full potential. ? Provide 1:1 support to the pupil in line with the teaching and learning planned by the teacher and their individual targets as appropriate to the lesson

? Implement specific strategies to help maintain focus during lessons

? Support the pupil to develop independence and self-regulation

? Assist in developing and maintaining the pupil's social skills and positive peer relationships

? Support the development of independence skills while providing necessary scaffolding

? Liaise with parents/carers, teachers, and other professionals involved with the pupil

? Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies consistently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 14.12 per hour
