We are looking for a learning support assistant to start work as soon as possible.

We are looking for a dedicated learning support assistant who:

Sets high expectations for themselves and their pupils Can teach children the skills they need to become independent learners Has excellent knowledge of Key Stage 1 and the expectations for learning or a dedication to continue own learning journey Be a calm, positive and effective communicator, confident in liaising with all colleagues, children, parents, governors and outside agencies Be able to use initiative and thrive through a 'can do' approach to solving problems Be flexible in the role and tasks undertaken and can work with frequent interruption Is a great team player who would really enjoy contributing to the school Demonstrates a commitment to pupils' development and pastoral care Is able to build strong relationships with children and meet their individual needs
