08.00 - 17.15, Term-Time Only, Permanent

Salary:

23,000- 24,500, dependent on experience

Reports to:

Head of Learning Support

We are seeking a skilled and supportive Learning Support Assistant to join our excellent Year 3 and Year 4 team. This permanent position, starting in September 2026, offers an exciting opportunity to work within a forward-thinking department committed to helping every child achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers, the Learning Support Department, and individual pupils to provide high-quality, tailored support that fosters confidence, independence, and academic progress.

We welcome applications from both experienced candidates and individuals seeking to further their training through an apprenticeship programme. Salaries are dependent on experience, and apprentice salaries will be determined in line with the Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage.
