, seeking a

Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

to join them in

September 2025

. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with

Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties (BESD)

and help them thrive in a nurturing environment.

Your Role:

Supporting students aged 11-16 with SEMH/BESD needs Helping pupils engage in learning and manage their emotions Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff to implement individual support plans Maintaining a calm, positive classroom environment

We're Looking For:

Experience working with SEMH, BESD, or challenging behaviour (school, care, youth work, or similar settings) A calm, empathetic, and consistent approach Good communication and behaviour management skills A genuine interest in supporting inclusive education

Desirable (Not Essential):

Team Teach or similar behaviour training Trauma-informed practice understanding Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or a degree in Education/Psychology)
