Learning Support Assistant - Full Time

89 per day

We're working with a welcoming Brighton primary school looking for a confident Learning Support Assistant to join their team full time from January. This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a busy, joyful school environment and genuinely enjoys helping children achieve their best.

You'll be supporting whole-class teaching, working with small groups, and offering 1:1 support where needed. Your role will include helping pupils stay focused, building confidence, and creating a calm, structured learning environment.

What the school is looking for:

Previous experience supporting children or young people (in school, clubs, care, etc.) A DBS on the Update Service Up-to-date safeguarding training Someone reliable, compassionate and ready to get involved in every aspect of school life
