We are looking to appoint a compassionate and nurturing learning support assistant to work flexibly within our year 2 and 3 teams to provide pastoral support and support medical needs.
St Peter's is a 630-place primary with beautiful buildings set in lovely green surroundings. The successful candidate will:
Be able to build strong and positive relationships with colleagues, children and parentsBe passionate about making a difference to all children especially those who are vulnerable
Have some experience in working with children and ideally have experience of working with children who have SEND/SEMH needs
Be creative, flexible and able to work collaboratively and proactively within a busy team
Be a reflective practitioner with a strong desire to learn and improve.
Be keen to undertake training relevant to the role
Be resilient, positive, patient and compassionate.
Hold Level 2 qualifications as a minimum.
