About the role
The successful candidate will work alongside our teaching staff to support an individual child and small groups of children and show enthusiasm in taking whole classes, if needed. The role will include lunchtime supervision duties and medical welfare, as well as supporting children's learning and behaviour.

You will:
Be a role model, inspire and motivate children
Show evidence of a strong commitment to raising achievement, with high expectations of achievement both inside and outside the classroom
Have some knowledge or show a commitment to learn about emotional health and wellbeing in children and how to manage this in a school environment
Have the ability to successfully motivate and inspire children of all abilities, as well as your colleagues
Possess excellent organisational and communication skills.
Be a team player and enjoy working with others
Have experience of supporting children in a classroom or small groups in a primary setting
