We are looking to appoint a dynamic full time Learning Support Assistant on a permanent basis that can support our specialist approach to learning.


Your main responsibilities within this role will be:

Provide teaching support to allocated pupils by planning teaching with the class teacher to achieve progression of learning Assisting in preparing the learning environment and the materials used therein Managing student behaviour to ensure a constructive working environment Support learners in class across the academy, in 1:1 sessions and in small groups to facilitate learning and engagement. Under the direction of the teacher devise planning to meet the needs of assigned individuals or groups.
