A new opportunity has arisen, for an experienced Learning Support Assistants to join our successful team supporting students in the classroom environment. The role will involve working with SEND children, to assist students learning and improve educational outcomes. We are looking for inspiring and enthusiastic LSA's who are highly motivated, creative and fun with a positive and caring attitude. This position also includes 30 minutes Midday supervison of the pupils during lunchtime.

This position will involve:
Supporting pupils, to ensure they are engaged in learning activities
Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all students within the classroom
Act as a role model, setting high expectations of conduct and promoting positive pupil behaviour, to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
Providing feedback to the classroom teacher on the pupil's progress against lesson plans, the conduct of the lesson and keeping pupil-related records
Provide additional support to the teachers in the classrooms,
To establish positive relationships with the pupils in lessons being covered
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant
Be passionate, creative, motivated and has a positive outlook
Be keen to support pupils with learning and other needs in the classroom
Be committed to raising outcomes of all pupils
Be a great communicator with excellent organisational skills and a helpful attitude
Be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team

Have excellent written skills with the ability to multi-task
Have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain positive
Have the ability to follow safeguarding procedures and prioritise pupil's welfare
Have achieved GCSE Maths and English at grade 4-9 (Grade A-C) or equivalent
