The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital part in helping students reach their full potential. You'll support learners both in the classroom and in small-group sessions, promoting independence, confidence and a positive approach to learning.

We're Looking For Someone With:

A genuine enthusiasm for learning and supporting young people The ability to inspire, encourage and bring out the best in students Confidence working both in class and with small groups A broad general education GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, Maths and Science at Grade C/4 or above
