Your opportunity

Meridian High School are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supportive, dynamic and ambitious department. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and inspirational Learning Support Assistant to support identified students with SEND inside the classroom to ensure learning is accessible and progress is made.

What we are looking for:

Good General Education including English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent. Passionate about positively changing the lives of children/students Basic IT Skills An effective communicator NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant / Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent is desirable but not essential.

Start Date: ASAP Salary: GLF Associate 2 Point 1-2 (22,918.66-22,932) Actual Salary: 17,799.87-17,810.23 Hours of work: 32.5hrs per week (term time only) Closing Date: 14th Sept 2025 Interview date: TBA
