Job/Person Summary

Crofton Hammond Infant School is a two-form entry, infant school based in the Fareham area. We are a welcoming, inclusive and nurturing school and it is important to us that we find the right people to work with our children.

The successful candidate will;

Ideally hold a Level 3 qualification or be willing to work towards this. Have experience of working with children in the infant age group Have experience of working with children with SEN/EHCP Have GCSE English and Maths Have a desire to work as part of a team and have good interpersonal skills Be able to support children in the learning process and enable them to be independent Be able to work effectively with children either individually or in small groups to enable them to achieve their best Have enthusiasm and creativity to ensure that the highest possible standards of pupil achievement, personal development and well-being are achieved. Be willing to "go the extra mile" in any respect to achieve the very best outcomes for the children in our care Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative and able to use their initiative Be organised, efficient and professional in their approach Be caring, understanding and patient
