Hours:

30 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8:25am-3:05pm (term-time only, incl. INSET days)

Salary

: (Actual Annual Salary for 30 hours per week, term time is 17,731 per annum) Other Benefits - BUPA Health Care Cash Plan, LG Pension Scheme, EAP Provision.

We're looking for a

Learning Support Assistant

with high expectations and a heart for education to join our dedicated and motivated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners.

Your Role

You'll work closely with teaching staff to support individual pupils in the classroom, helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

What We're Looking For

Experience working with children in an educational setting (or a strong interest in starting a career in education) A good standard of general education (GCSE grade C or above in English, Maths, and Science or equivalent) A genuine passion for supporting young people's learning and development Creativity, sensitivity, and a commitment to helping every child succeed Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and adults
