Learning Support Assistant
Location: West London

Salary: 24,375.81 - 25,848.25
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

The Role
You'll support pupils across the secondary phase, working closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to raise attainment and ensure every child can thrive. This role is ideal for someone passionate about inclusive education and eager to grow professionally in a fast-paced, values-driven setting.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience supporting progress and attainment for secondary-aged pupils
• A strong track record of working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• A proactive, resilient, and compassionate approach to supporting learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to educational equity and excellence

To be successful, candidates should have:

• An enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service, or be willing to complete a new check
