Our vocational areas, including Hospitality and Food, give students the practical skills and confidence they need to thrive in the world of work.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our Hospitality and Food team. You'll play a vital role in supporting our students both in the classroom and within our industry-standard training environments such as our cafe, kitchen, and restaurant.





Working alongside tutors and vocational instructors, you'll help students develop essential skills in food preparation, customer service, and teamwork -- while promoting independence, confidence, and a love of learning.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:




Passionate about helping young people with SEND reach their full potential. Patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with students. A strong communicator and team player. Interested in hospitality, catering, or customer service (experience or qualifications in these areas is a bonus). Flexible and willing to learn -- training will be provided for the right candidate.

Offering a salary of 23,700.00 (FTE). Actual salary to be pro rata.
