Your Impact
Personalised Support:
You won't just follow a script. You will help create unique learning plans that fit the child's specific needs.
Emotional Coaching:
Beyond academics, you will support emotional regulation, social skills, and independence using positive reinforcement (including ABA techniques).
Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with families, teachers, and therapists to ensure everyone is on the same team.
Celebrate Success:
Track progress and share the wins--big and small--with parents and staff.
What You Bring
Empathy & Patience:
A natural ability to build trust and rapport with children.
Experience:
A background in supporting children with behavioural or emotional needs.
Communication:
You can talk clearly and kindly to children, parents, and professionals alike.
Organisation:
You are reliable and manage your time effectively.
Ideally, You Also Have:
A degree in Psychology, Education, or Child Development.
Knowledge of Speech & Language Therapy (SLT) or Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
