89 per day

Learning Support Assistant

to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in achieving their full potential in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Your role will include:

Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils who need extra help Assisting with classroom activities and adapting resources to meet individual needs Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional well-being Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored learning strategies

Experience in supporting children in an educational setting (SEN experience is a bonus!) A caring, patient, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to helping every child succeed
