We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Learning Support Assistant to join our welcoming team at a secondary SEND school in Dibden Purlieu, supporting pupils with a range of learning difficulties, SEND and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs).
About the Role:
Full-time, permanent position (following successful probation)
Start date: As soon as possible after September interviews
Work within small class groups (typically 4-5 pupils) alongside a class teacher and another TA
Support pupils in developing both academic and life skills in a safe, structured setting
Help maintain a calm and engaging learning environment
We're Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people with SEND and/or SEMH is desirable
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Good communication and teamworking skills
A genuine desire to support the progress and wellbeing of every pupil
