The Role



We are seeking a

Classroom/SEN Teaching Assistant

to support teaching and learning across the school, including working with children who have additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils, including those with SEN, to help them engage and succeed. Assist the class teacher in creating a safe, structured, and positive learning environment. Support children's social, emotional, and communication development with patience and proactive strategies. Promote the school's ethos of celebrating success and taking responsibility for actions.

What We're Looking For



Experience working in a primary school setting (SEN experience desirable). A caring, adaptable individual who can build strong relationships with children and staff. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to inclusive education. Ability to encourage enthusiasm and lifelong learning in every child.
