We are looking for

enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)

to join our welcoming and forward-thinking

SEND school

, which caters for pupils aged

5-19 years

with

complex needs

, including:

Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) Physical Disabilities Cerebral Palsy and associated medical needs

About the Role

As an LSA, you will work closely with teachers and therapists to provide individualised support that helps pupils access learning, develop independence, and build confidence.
Your role will include:

Supporting pupils with their learning and communication needs Assisting with

personal care, toileting, and hygiene

Carrying out

manual handling

tasks safely and sensitively (training provided) Supporting pupils during

hydrotherapy and swimming sessions

- you must be able to

swim and enter the pool

with pupils Promoting a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for every child

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Compassionate, patient, and resilient A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Comfortable supporting pupils with physical and personal care needs Able to swim and confident taking part in pool-based activities Reliable, flexible, and ready to learn
Experience working with pupils with complex SEND is desirable, but full training and induction will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: 13.68-15.00 per hour
