A thriving secondary school in South West Reading is seeking a confident
Teaching Assistant
to join their supportive team and work with students aged 11-18. This is an immediate start role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people in a lively and inclusive environment.Your day-to-day will involve:
Supporting students in lessons across a range of subjects Providing one-to-one or small-group support to help pupils progress Assisting teachers with classroom routines and activities Encouraging positive behaviour, focus, and engagement in learning
Ideal candidates will have:
Experience working with young people (school or youth setting preferred) A flexible, proactive approach An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
