We are seeking an experienced
Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
to work with a student showing traits ofASD and ADHD
. This role requires someone with provenSEN experience
, strong relationship-building skills, and the confidence to work bothin school
andat home
.What We're Looking For
Experience working in school environments
(highly preferred) Strong understanding ofASD and ADHD
, with an empathetic and structured approach. Someone able tobuild rapport
by connecting with the student's interests, particularlysport
andchess
. Comfortable supporting learningat home
, maintaining boundaries and consistency. Ability to teach core primary subjects is abonus
Ideal Candidate
Calm, patient, and adaptable Confident working across different environments Skilled at supporting emotional regulation and engagement Positive and proactive in their approach to SEN support
Rate
30-35 per hour
, depending on experienceJob Type: Part-time
Pay: 30.00-35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
