Job/Person Summary

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Learning Support Assistant with a positive outlook, eager to contribute across our school and looking to work alongside a supportive and friendly team, with happy, well behaved children.


Previous experience of supporting children within mainstream school is desirable.

We are seeking applicants who:

Have experience of supporting children with Special Educational Needs Are committed to providing high quality provision Have excellent team work skills Are able to work under the direction of the class teacher but at the same time show initiative Have the patience and the imagination to help and inspire learning Have good communication skills and be able to clarify and explain instructions clearly Can be professionally discrete and able to respect confidentiality Have well developed interpersonal skills and a sense of humour enabling effective relationships with a variety of different people Are able to take on new ideas and learn Paediatric trained or have a desire to explore CPD opportunities
