Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
to join their Year 3 team on a full-time basis. This role is to start immediately.The Role
Working
1:1 with a child in Year 3
who requires additional support with ADHD, ASD, behaviour, and non-verbal communication. Supporting the wider class as aGeneral Teaching Assistant
, assisting with learning activities and interventions. Helping to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment. Working closely with theSENCo and Senior Management Team
to follow support strategies and contribute to pupil progress.What the School Can Offer

To be successful in this role, you must have:
An
enhanced DBS on the Update Service
(essential). Experience supporting pupils inKey Stage 2
, ideally within a primary school. Knowledge and experience of supporting children withADHD, ASD, behavioural needs, and non-verbal communication
.GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above)
