The college is seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant. 30 hours per week term time only - 8.40am-3.10pm, 5 days per week (with an unpaid half hour lunch).

What You Need to Succeed
The successful candidate will work with individuals and small groups during lessons. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students to overcome barriers and helping them achieve and be successful. You should have excellent communication skills and have high expectations. Experience of working with children is desirable but we will provide training and support.
