We are now seeking to recruit a highly effective, qualified Learning Support Assistant to join our successful team. The appointed person will deliver high quality SEND support for learning, both in and out of the classroom. They will work with a team of staff to provide excellent support to SEND students across both the Preparatory and Senior School. The Learning Support Assistant will provide in class support at the direction of the class teacher and Head of Individual Learning and also prepare, deliver and assess the impact of specific interventions.

Pupil Learning and Curriculum Content
Assisting class teachers' in the implementation of set tasks for pupils.
Helping to raise standards of achievement of specific pupils.
Preparing, delivering and assessing the impact of specific interventions.

Supervising pupils as appropriate and assisting with other school and curricular activities as directed (at a level that is consistent with the status and grading of the post).
Looking after the personal health and safety of the pupils by administering first aid (at a level which is appropriate to the post holder's knowledge and ability) and assisting as necessary in accordance with the school's policies and practices.
