Elementa Support Services are working in partnership with a range of local schools to recruit
committed and caring Learning Support Assistants
to support pupils across a range of educational settings.The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Support pupils with additional learning needs on a 1:1 or small-group basis Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons Help create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and progress
What We're Looking For
Previous experience working with children
(essential)CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
(desirable)Enhanced DBS
on the Update Service (or willingness to apply - we can help with this*)Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration
