This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving Preparatory School. We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant at Lincoln Minster Preparatory School to work 1:1 with students and work closely with the Preparatory SENCO in pursuit of our main priorities for pupils to be happy and to achieve - and in that order.

Previous experience of working with KS1 and/or KS2 students is desirable along with any experience of working with ASD and ADHD conditions. It is expected that this role will be 0.6 with a potential to increase to 0.9.

The Learning Support Assistant role would suit someone who is committed to improving and supporting pupils with learning difficulties and special education needs Academic wellbeing. You will show high levels of emotional intelligence and have an empathetic approach with the ability to build excellent relationships with students.
