Learning Support Assistant - Reception Class

Location:

Lovely primary school in Billingshurst

Hours:

8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

Pay:

89 per day


Are you passionate about supporting young learners at the very start of their education journey? We're looking for a

dedicated Learning Support Assistant

to work

1:1 with a pupil in Reception who has additional needs

.

What you'll do:

Provide tailored 1:1 support to help the child thrive in a nurturing environment Assist with classroom activities, interventions, and emotional regulation Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to adapt learning tasks Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour

What we're looking for:

Experience working with children (SEN experience is a bonus!) Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach Ability to build strong relationships and create a safe, supportive space
