Learning Support Assistant - Hemel Hempstead (Temp to Perm)

We are currently seeking a
dedicated Learning Support Assistant
to join a
welcoming and inclusive school in Hemel Hempstead
. This
temp-to-perm
opportunity is perfect for someone who is committed to helping pupils thrive both academically and personally.
Your Role Will Include:
Providing classroom support across various year groups, including pupils with SEND.
Delivering
1:1 and small group interventions
tailored to individual learning needs.
Working closely with teachers to create a
positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
.
Offering compassionate, personalised support to build confidence and encourage progress.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience working with children in a UK educational setting.
Is confident in supporting pupils with a range of needs, particularly SEND.
Is available full-time,
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
.
Holds a valid
Enhanced DBS
on the Update Service (or is willing to apply).
Lives in or can easily commute to Hemel Hempstead.
