About this Role
About the role:
The ideal Learning Support Assistant will reinforce the excellent work of the teaching staff by supporting individuals or small groups both within and outside the classroom environment. You will be a professional role model to the students, with the confidence to challenge and the creativity to motivate.
To be successful you must:
possess excellent communication skills
have experience of working with young people or children
be flexible, creative and enthusiastic about their position
