About this Role




We are looking for two Learning Support Assistants to join our team here at Seathorne Primary Academy!




The ideal Learning Support Assistant will reinforce the excellent work of the teaching staff by supporting individuals or small groups both within and outside the classroom environment. You will be a professional role model to the students, with the confidence to challenge and the creativity to motivate.


To be successful you must:

possess excellent communication skills have experience of working with young people or children be flexible, creative and enthusiastic about their position
