to support schools on a temporary and long term basis.

Along with individuals with previous experience of working in Education, we would like to hear from people who have worked in Care, NHS, Sports Coaching or similar roles.

About the Role:

Supporting teachers in the classroom to create an engaging learning environment. Assisting with the delivery of lessons and small group activities. Providing one-to-one support for students with additional learning needs. Encouraging positive behaviour and helping children develop confidence.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a school setting (preferred but not essential). A passion for working with children and supporting their education. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Right to work in the UK x2 Recent References A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply).
