KS1 and 2 Learning Support Assistant - Federation of Winklebury Infant and Junior Schools

30 hours per week

Pro-rata 17,637.84-18,667.92
Term time plus 1 week

We require a confident, caring person with experience in a school setting to work across the Federation.
We are looking for someone who has the following attributes:
Able to work as a member of a team using your initiative
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure with good time management skills
Able to demonstrate a commitment to enabling children to do their best
Able to think creatively and adapt learning to motivate and meet needs
A calm and positive approach
An understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding procedures
A willingness to work with children with varying levels of need
Salary will be Grade B or Grade C, scale point depending upon experience and skills.
