Do you have exceptional behaviour management skills and a passion for supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We are seeking a resilient and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our specialist SEMH primary school in Woking.

What You'll Do



Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH and additional needs. Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviour calmly and effectively. Assist teachers in delivering personalised learning plans and interventions. Foster emotional regulation, social skills, and independence. Ensure a safe, nurturing environment in line with safeguarding procedures.

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in behaviour management within a primary setting. Experience working with SEMH/SEND pupils (preferred but not essential). Resilient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships. Strong communication and teamwork skills. DBS on the Update Service (essential).
