About The Role




Join Our Learning Support Team at Gordon's School





Gordon's School, one of the most successful non-selective boarding schools in England, is offering an exciting opportunity to become part of it's Learning Support Department.



We are looking for a

Learning Support Assistant

to work closely with teachers and fellow assistants, helping students across all four SEN areas to fully engage with the curriculum. The role will involve supporting students in developing independence, building study skills, and supporting core subject knowledge. With this role there is an opportunity to provide support to individual students in a liaison capacity.



The successful candidate will have strong communication, organisational, interpersonal, and literacy skills, and must be committed to upholding the school's safeguarding policies.


Working Hours:







Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 3:35 pm term time only
or
Three days: 8:00 am - 3:35 pm, one day: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and one day: 8:00 am - 7:30 pm term time only
