Learning Support Assistant
to work with small groups of SEN children who need a little extra guidance to thrive. This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a supportive, friendly school community where your work truly matters.
The Role

You'll work with small groups of SEN pupils across Early Years and KS1/KS2, supporting them in areas such as communication, literacy, numeracy, and social development.
Your day may include:
Running small?group sessions tailored to SEN needs
Supporting children with speech & language, ASD, learning delays or confidence issues
Adapting activities to help every child feel successful
Encouraging independence, motivation and self?esteem
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
Creating a calm, nurturing and positive group environment
This role is perfect for someone creative, patient and passionate about inclusive education.
