We're delighted to offer a wonderful opportunity to join our close-knit team within our friendly federation of two schools. At our federation, we're proud of our supportive and inclusive environment where every child is valued and encouraged to thrive.

Due to the expansion of our very successful Resourced Provision for pupils with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at Holbrook Primary School, we are looking to appoint an LSA for our Resourced Provision. Working alongside experienced and caring colleagues, you'll provide tailored support that helps children access their learning, develop confidence, and thrive in our school community.

Due to an increase in pupils with SEND, we are looking to appoint a mainstream LSA for Bedenham Primary.

We have an excellent working relationship with the Hampshire SEND team and the Primary Behaviour Service and are forward thinking in our approach to supporting our most vulnerable pupils. We are very proud of our inclusive schools and often host visits by other headteachers looking to develop similar resourced provisions.

Successful candidates will have high aspirations for all pupils and promote the ethos and values of the federation. You should also have good communication skills, patience, a flexible approach, as well as the ability to work within a team. You should have good literacy and numeracy skills and be able to support the delivery of the curriculum.

You will be supporting our most vulnerable pupils, who require consistency, clear boundaries, an environment in which they feel safe, and positive relationships, so must be able to demonstrate reliability, excellence and commitment to the role.
