We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive special school in Northampton. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting students in their academic pursuits, focusing on essential skills such as reading, writing, and numeracy. Offering support, encouragement, and guidance to foster students' confidence and independence. Monitoring and tracking students' progress, providing constructive feedback to teachers and parents. Assisting in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred). A patient, caring, and adaptable approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
