Do you have the enthusiasm and patience to support students who are finding it difficult to thrive in mainstream education?
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Tutor to work with children and young people who need extra support, particularly in Maths, English, and ICT at a Level 2 standard.
About the Role:
You will be working with small groups or one-to-one, helping students gain confidence and improve their skills in a supportive and structured environment. These students may be disengaged from learning or struggling with the traditional classroom setting, so your ability to build trust and motivate is key.
Requirements:
A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and young people Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to teach Maths, English, and ICT. Minimum of GCSE grade C/4 or above in Maths and English Experience working in an educational or support setting is desirable but not essential.
