The Position:
We're looking for a Learning Support Worker - Supporting Adults 19+
Requirements for the role:
GCSE or level 2 equivalent in Math's and English.
A good understanding of high-quality learning support for learners with SEND in further education setting.
Experience of providing support in the classroom and 1:1 that enables students to achieve identified goals.
Responsibilities for the role:
To provide high quality support for adults and in particular those with SEN. Contributing to planning of learning support that is inclusive and meets curriculum requirements.
To work with tutors and to ensure that learners with SEND receive reasonable adjustments in line with their needs
Maintain accurate records relating to learning support and work in accordance with the college quality requirements, in relation to assessment and monitoring of student progress.
The Location:
Wigston. This is a great place to live with plenty of social and sport facilities together with great transport links.

Salary: Point 17-20 pro-rata pay 10,906 - 11,419 (FTE 23,613 -24,725)
