Lease and Billings Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract,

Key objectives
You'll be responsible for processing lease changes efficiently within our SAP system, keeping information up to date and reliable. In addition, you'll play a vital role in supporting our billing and credit control functions, helping to ensure smooth financial operations and clear communication with tenants and internal teams
What you will be doing...
Collaborate with the Lease Administration & Billing Manager, Leasing, and Legal teams to ensure tenancy data is accurately captured in SAPAssist
with lease renewals, credit checks, internal lease documentation, completion statements, and reporting
Manage billing across Real Estate, Commercial Partnerships, Intercompany, and Utilities
Provide full support and coverage across the team as needed
Respond to lease and billing queries from internal stakeholders and tenants with professionalism and clarity
Compliance Management
Monitor processes to ensure alignment with URW policies and procedures
Ensure all activities comply with the Centre Health and Safety Policy Manual
Undertake delegated risk management tasks as required
What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?
Communicates in a highly effective manner with the ability to interpret complex information
Conducts all work in an ethical, professional and confidential manner
Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment
Ability to analyse data
High attention to detail.
Good knowledge of commercial conveyancing legal documents especially commercial leases
Property related background preferred.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications including Outlook and Excel using formulas and Vlookups/Experian tool -Credit check tool
ERP system knowledge SAP /S4Hana experience essential
