Major Project Leasing and Lettings Manager

This position offers the chance to oversee the entire leasing and letting process for a large-scale real estate development in West London. This is a hybrid role, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the leasing and letting process for a multi-faceted real estate project, including a 7-floor office building, 6 additional units, and a rooftop restaurant.
- Oversee budget management, timelines, and tenant relations to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with traditional commercial agents, handle marketing and sales, and facilitate tenant onboarding.
- Ensure 100% occupancy with the right mix of tenants, utilising creative and strategic thinking.Skills and Experience Required:- Proven experience in commercial leasing, particularly in managing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of the asset side of the business, including rent-free periods.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favourable terms for all parties involved.
