The Role
We're looking for an energetic and motivated
Leasing Account Manager
to join our fast-paced team. You'll be the go-to expert for clients looking to lease their next vehicle - whether it's their first or fiftieth. From understanding their needs to handing over the keys, you'll deliver a seamless and personalised experience that keeps them coming back.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Proactively connect with new and existing customers via phone, email, and in person to understand their requirements.
Consultative Sales:
Recommend tailored leasing solutions based on vehicle availability, contract options, and customer needs.
End-to-End Sales Process:
Own the journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery, ensuring smooth execution at every stage.
Market Expertise:
Keep up with automotive trends, pricing, and competitor offers to provide informed advice.
Accurate Documentation:
Manage all relevant paperwork efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
Exceptional Service:
Maintain high levels of customer care before, during, and after the sale.
Sales Targets:
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, and dealership partners.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
Background in vehicle leasing, automotive sales, or a consultative sales environment is strongly preferred.
Communication:
First-class verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Focus:
A genuine desire to help customers and find the right solution for them.
Sales Skills:
Proven ability to hit targets and close deals.
Organisation:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Tech-Friendly:
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.
Licence:
Full UK driving licence required.
