The role

We're looking for a hands-on leasing manager to lead our leasing and marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for keeping our spaces visible, attractive, and occupied. This is a practical, varied role suited to someone experienced in property marketing and sales who enjoys rolling up their sleeves.

Key responsibilities

Manage all marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital assets) Run advertising across portals, social media, and our website Build and maintain relationships with brokers and agents Respond promptly to enquiries and convert them into viewings and deals Conduct tours and showings of available spaces Prepare lease paperwork and oversee tenant onboarding Manage renewals and retention with existing tenants Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance; provide regular updates to the team Keep an eye on competitors and market activity

What we're looking for

Strong background in property sales, leasing, and workspace marketing Confident communicator, comfortable with tenants and brokers. Organised, proactive, and commercially minded Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider team
