Bolton College is seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Lecturer B in Travel and Tourism to join our successful Service Industries Team.

Ideally, you will have:

Qualified to Level 3 in Travel and Tourism Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent) Level 2 Maths and English qualifications Experience in the delivery of Travel and Tourism programmes Experience of assessing students at Levels 2 & 3 in Travel and Tourism Knowledge of the apprenticeship standards and experience in preparing Travel and Tourism apprentices for end-point assessment

Day-to-day you will have responsibility:

To support the Curriculum Leader by co-ordinating and supervising a small team in the delivery of high quality and inclusive provision within a curriculum area. To deliver high quality and inclusive teaching and learning on one or more courses. To support the curriculum management on curriculum and course development. To take part and comply with all quality assurance procedures and systems within the area of responsibility. Develop resources, support teaching programmes and deliver on a number of courses as required. To support the achievement of annual targets for learner numbers, income, expenditure and success rates.
